Welcome in the Autumn Season with Hapidanbui
The Parco department stores in Kichijoji and Chofu will both be hosting a special collaboration event with Sanrio’s Hapidanbui series. Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Hapidanbui —the character group consisting of Pochacco, Hangyodon, Kerokerokeroppi, Bad Badtz-Maru, Tuxedo Sam and Pekkle the Duck — Kichijoji Parco and Chofu Parco’s joint project encourages people to explore along the Keio train line.
The collaboration features the characters enjoying the autumn season in local landmarks from Kichijoji and Chofu. Each department store will have pop-up shops selling original merchandise, giveaways and various photo spots.
The Chofu Parco 1st floor event space and Kichijoji Parco 4th floor event space will have exclusive merchandise with the collaboration’s original illustrations. Items include acrylic dioramas, stickers, tote bags, picnic mats, T-shirts, drink holders and more. Customers who spend ¥2,000 or more will receive one original character card. Customers who spend ¥4,000 will receive an original trading card. Participating restaurants will be serving drinks with limited-edition coasters for customers who order ¥1,200 or more.
Customers who download the Pocket Parco app and visit the department stores during the event period can receive a limited-edition sticker.
On September 21, only at the Chofu Parco location, Pochacco and Tuxedo Sam will make an appearance. Guests can take commemorative photos with the characters. Pochacco and Tuxedo Sam will be meeting guests during three sessions, at 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00.
From September 26 to September 28 (10:00-20:00) in Kichijoji and from October 3 to October 5 (10:00-19:00) in Chofu, the Sanrio Cafe Wagon food truck will stop by to serve crepes, shaved ice, donuts and special goods.
