It includes hearty dishes such as a soy milk herbal pot-au-feu simmered with local ingredients and a rich gratin accented with spices and Gorgonzola.
There are also several festive items that are perfect for the holiday season, such as Ezo venison terrine, crab and lobster cream croquettes, as well as the hotel’s popular live kitchen offerings, including beef steak, hand-shaped sushi and tempura freshly prepared right before your eyes.
The dessert corner features playful, winter-inspired creations. Choose your favorite sweets and have the chef finish them with fresh cream right in front of you for the “Cheese Cream Mont Blanc,” or enjoy customizing your own “Chocolate Fondue” with various combinations.
