Music and Mixology
The Punch Room Tokyo bar inside The Tokyo Edition, Ginza hotel will host La Drumatica Halloween, an immersive event that will combine music and mixology. Guests will enjoy sets by DJ Franco and DJ Leo Gabriel, live percussion by Kan and a performance by reggaeton singer Konoike. Performances will be perfectly matched with exclusive craft cocktails.
Performances are scheduled to run as:
- 21:30: DJ Franco
- 23:30: DJ Leo Gabriel
- Live sessions by Kan and Konoike throughout the night
DJ Franco is a Latin DJ who grew up in Lima and Tokyo, getting his start by cultivating a distinctive sound within Tokyo’s underground scene. DJ Leo Gabriel is influenced by his father and mentor Raphael Sebbag, and his sets take inspiration from jazz through seamlessly mixing live and electronic sounds. Percussionist Kan was nominated in the “Best Immersive Audio Album” category at the 63rd Grammy Awards, showcasing his exceptional contributions to contemporary music. Reggaeton singer Konoike blends Japanese and Colombian cultural influences to create a unique musical vision. Konoike blends koto with reggaeton rhythms for a sound that balances nostalgia with innovation.
