Join performer Hanagatsu for a life-affirming performance around the streets of Kamimachi, Setagaya.
Co-organized with Kamimachi Kobo and NPO Art’s Embrace, the march aims to connect those with disabilities to the locals. Performer Hanagatsu will lead the march through Kamimachi, with participants invited to sing, dance and make merry as they go.
