A Global Summit of Leadership
InnovateHer Tokyo 2025 is a two-day global summit at Tokyo Innovation Base that will bring together entrepreneurs, investors and corporate executives to explore the urgent themes shaping the future. Over 70 women leaders from 15 countries will gather at the event to discuss topics including leadership, fundraising, AI governance and social impact. Guest speakers include Google Head of Global Strategic Programs Emi Wayner, TikTok Advisor and former Head of Growth Julia Yan, Dean of Musashino University Yoichi Ito and more.
A highlight of the program will be a keynote presentation by Lynda Gratton, a London Business School professor and bestselling author of Life Shift. Gratton will share insights on career strategies and inspire women to embrace continuous evolution. The Executive Leadership in Action hands-on workshop will be led by Manasa Yeturu of Stanford University’s D school (stylized as d.school).
Additional sessions include Beyond Limits: The Entrepreneurial Mindset Across Borders, featuring global leaders who continue to push boundaries and overcome limitations. Participants will not only gain fresh perspectives and practical skills, but also build meaningful networks that transcend borders and industries.
