Craft Sake Week brings together a group of sake breweries carefully selected by experts led by Hidetoshi Nakata, who has visited more than 400 breweries across the country, and some of Japan’s most famous restaurants, which boast the highest number of Michelin stars in the world. This is an event where you can truly experience Japan’s world-class culinary culture.
At the venue, you can casually enjoy original menus by top chefs from popular restaurants that are hard to get reservations for, as well as sake that is usually hard to come by. In addition, popular DJs will enliven the venue in a fantastic space created by a leading Japanese architect.
