Artifact, a Tokyo-based collective including artists in fields of flower art, space design and digital imaging, holds its second exhibition, set in a future where robots and humans coexist.

After ingesting illegal noise-infused electricity, the robots begin to awaken to their unprogrammed human selves. They are called “Yellow,” discriminated against and forced to live in slums. Despite these circumstances, they single-mindedly think and pray to become human, leading their lives, yearning to be alive.

This exhibition, Artifact’s second, is a collaboration with Siva Studio and recreates the dwelling place of “Yellow.” The entire space will be used.
