Asakusa Samba Carnival 2009



The amazing costumes, floats, and music of the vibrant Asakusa Samba Carnival have made this festival a must-see event in the capital. The contrast of traditional Brazilian carnival atmosphere and the iconic
gate of the famous Sensō-ji temple make for a great photo opportunity.

Arrive early to get a place near the front of the crowd, or if you miss it the event will also be broadcast on Taito Cable Television and on the website www.tctv.co.jp/samba.
