In collaboration with the new Henri Matisse exhibition opening at The National Art Center, Tokyo, The French Kitchen at Grand Hyatt Tokyo has prepared an afternoon tea buffet inspired by Matisse’s exceptional deployment of color.

Bringing together around 150 of Matisse’s works, the “Henri Matisse – Forms in Freedom” exhibition has a particular focus on the artist’s Cut-Outs.

With a nod to springtime, the afternoon tea will highlight sakura and strawberry flavors and colors, including a sakura and white chocolate mousse, and a sakura and strawberry shortcake.
