Global musical theater stars Ramin Karimloo and Samantha Barks are coming to Japan for a special 2-day show at the Tokyo International Forum featuring songs from their many iconic roles with the theme of “home love family.”

Karimloo has been a prominent worldwide performer, taking on major roles such as the Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera in multiple productions including the 25th anniversary performance in London, and Jan Valjean in Les Misérables for which he was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actor.

Barks is another talented and popular performer, and played the role of Eponine in the film adaptation of Les Misérables. She was most recently casted as Elsa in the original West End production of Disney’s Frozen. This will be her first appearance in a musical concert in Japan.

Along with Karimloo and Barks is a stellar lineup of special guests:

  • Naoto Kaiho: November 2 and November 3
  • Seiko Nizuma: November 2 and November 3
  • Yosuke Iida: November 2
  • Chinana Yabiku: November 3

The music will be directed by Adam Hoskins.

General sales are now open, with tickets ranging from ¥9000 for B-tier seats and ¥21000 for premium front-center-block seats.
