All emails to be submitted by October 14th 2011. Any emails arriving after October 14th 2011 will not be included in the competition. Proof of sending does not equal proof of arrival. Entrants are limited to two images. Entrants suspected of submitting images from multiple email addresses will have all of their images disqualified. This competition is not open to staff and/or spouses of British Airways or Bulbous Cell Media Group (henceforth the sponsors). Professional photographers may not enter. Participation is limited to persons legally registered as resident in Japan at the time of the competition. All images must be original and submitted by their owner. Any purchased images or those copied from private or public sources will be disqualified. The judges’ decision is final. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any application without stating the reason. By submitting an image to this competition you give the sponsors exclusive, unrestricted rights to modify, edit and reproduce said image indefinitely for both internal and external uses including but not limited to marketing and promotional purposes.

The sponsors reserve the right to exchange any of the prizes for alternatives of equivalent or greater value at any time. Prizes will be awarded at a special awards party (henceforth the event) to be held in October. Persons unable to attend the event will have their prizes forfeited. By attending the event you give permission for your likeness at the event to be used exclusively by the sponsors for marketing, promotion and publication purposes.
