Head over to Eat Play Works on March 21 for a relaxing afternoon filled with yoga, sound therapy and healthy food.
Designed for beginners and experienced yogis alike, the first half of the yoga lesson will focus on gentle stretching, while the second half will focus on sitting meditation poses. Following the yoga program, enjoy a bit of sound therapy where you can lie down, meditate and connect through listening. Finally, after a full day of relaxation, enjoy some traditional Okinawan soul food, featuring variations on soba and oden.
