The lounge bar TRUNK (LOUNGE) at the boutique hotel TRUNK (HOTEL) in Jingumae offers cocktails using seasonal Japanese ingredients and non-alcoholic cocktails for a limited time. The long cocktail Never Mind is made with homemade liqueur using domestic pear and sencha syrup. A brandy-based cocktail Fig & Cheese uses seasonal figs and mascarpone cheese, mixed with the Coffee Time coffee provided at Café Time, with homemade honey nuts.

Inspired by Shibuya Cat Street, the original Muscats cocktail is a conglomeration of additive-free Japanese bitters made solely from domestic natural ingredients and rich muscat-scented gin.

The refreshing Grape Hunter (pictured) is a blend of Merlot grape juice and fresh citrus. The Mont Blanc is based on blended Scotch whisky and Aki chestnut vanilla.  The frozen cocktail Masbhmarron can be enjoyed as a dessert with ice cream.

Non-alcoholic cocktails are available in two types, including Pom & Jewelry, a cocktail made of pomegranate that is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.
