Celebrate the first week of 2021 at Tokyo Tower’s Taiwan Festival, open for all visitors until the 11th of January. The open-air event area (south parking lot) is where you can taste delicious, traditional Taiwanese foods and enjoy the colorful lanterns that hang above. The lanterns are that of the Lantern Festival, held at Pu-ji Temple in Tainan every year.
While the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak prevents us from traveling, the Taiwan Festival is a great way to take a mini-trip to Taiwan, without really leaving the country!
