New to Tokyo? Pick up invaluable tips on living in Japan from experts, expats and locals — while making new friends — during this comprehensive two-day seminar at the Tokyo American Club (TAC). The TAC Women’s Group has organized “Tokyo: Here & Now” for over 35 years.

Topics include:

• Healthcare and medical emergencies (Dr Tom Lomax)
• Cultural adjustment (psychologist Maggie Yamasaki)
• Japanese cuisine (passionate foodie Melissa Chapman)
• Japanese customs and celebrations (intercultural trainer Renée Renjel)
• Japan travel (travel writer Sandra Isaka)
