This year, with the theme of healthy vegetarian and vegan homemade bakery, the online event invites chef Mario Frittoli for “hot talks” about true Italian food and what it means to be a chef. A renowned food consultant who has been featured in multiple media, he has worked for Nissin Foods and Panorama Hospitality. Joining him is breadmaker Satoshi Kakutani. After learning the art of pizza and bread making in Italy for years, he opens his own bakery shop Forno a legna Panezza at Ibaraki Prefecture. Expect fun cooking shows, discussion on the latest food trend, and a deep dive into Italian culture.
