Sylvanian Families Exhibition

The biggest-ever exhibition of Sylvanian Families looks back at their 33-year history. First produced by Japanese toy company Epoch in 1986, the beloved fuzzy anthropomorphic animal world began with just nine families, one house and 11 types of furniture. Now sold in  over 60 countries around the world (known as Calico Critters in North America), the dolls and accessories became a hugely popular plaything spanning several generations of fans. This exhibition will showcase around 1,000 products available in Japan over the years, in addition to a large-scale Sylvania diorama and collaborations with dollhouse enthusiasts and students. Limited-edition goods will also be on sale.
