The pandemic doesn’t stop Australia’s biggest music festival from proving that everyone can have a rocking good time, any time. This summer, pack your sleeping bag and tent and head to the biggest music and arts festival — virtually. From the iconic Byron Bay to the grand Amphitheater, Splendour XR unites you and your favorite in an all-around immersive and interactive world of Splendour in the Grass. In this two-day-long event, you can explore around the digitally created site, teleport across multiple stages and watch live performances from multiple angles with a fully customizable avatar.
There’s Khalid, The Killers, Charli XCX and Vance Joy — total festival toppers for anyone in need of more convincing. Japanese artists Band-Maid and Millennium Parade will also appear from Japan, so make sure you don’t miss out on the “world’s first extended reality edition.”
