RUYI Gastronomy at The Peninsula Tokyo

The Peninsula Tokyo has, in partnership with luxury French porcelain brand Legle France, created a feast for both the eyes and the stomach. This Chinese imperial court-inspired banquet of six delectable courses is a sensual experience for all the senses.

The menu features exclusive dishes specially-created for this partnership of porcelain and gastronomy, including Imperial Bird’s Nest Soup and Braised King Prawn with Shanghai Crab Roe to name but two.

The menu was painstakingly crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Dicky To and is complemented by tea pairings and tableware pairings hand-picked by RUYI’s founder and creative director Desmond Chang.
