Start off your morning right as you sweat, strengthen and stretch through short but impactful sessions of Pop Pilates. Mixing body toning and core strengthening moves with upbeat music, join instructor Gisselle who will take you through a bite-size 15-minute breakfast workout. Each day will focus on a different area with a longer 45-minute session on Saturday morning. Sessions are operated on a pay-what-you-can donation system but require advance reservation.
