Ramesh x The Watanabes
Coming all the way from Austin, Texas, American indie pop four-piece Ramesh will be kicking off their two week Japan tour at What The Dickens in Ebisu on Friday November 10. Formerly of the band Voxtrot, lead singer Ramesh Srivastava’s new incarnation retains strong songwriting as the backbone, while allowing a more wild and emotionally diverse animal to grow around it. Ramesh will be joined by local folk rocking favorites The Watanabes, who will also be releasing new sounds of their own on November 17, in the form of a new nine-track album, Spoiled and Nostalgic, which will be out nationwide at major record stores on Kira Kira Records.
The two bands will also be performing together in the Observatory of Tokyo Tower on November 19 from 3pm. (￥900 entry)
