One of the longest-running events of its kind in Tokyo, the open stage at What The Dickens is a monthly event, taking place every first Sunday of the month. The event has a different host every month and the November the host is poet and professor, Jeffrey Johnson.
Music and poetry are always popular, but any kind of performance is OK, from dance to stand-up comedy, to magic. The only rule is the 5-6 minutes time limit. Sign-up is on the spot, on a first-come-first-served basis.
What the Dickens!
