Original Tiger Mask Exhibition of Martial Arts and Japanese Culture

Legendary pro wrestler and martial artist Satoru Sayama presents this unique exhibition at Kanda Myojin Museum. Best known as the original Tiger Mask, Satoru Sayama made a name for himself in the world of professional wrestling before leaving to start the Shooto martial arts promotion in the mid ’80s, fulfilling his dream to work as a martial arts trainer. The exhibition spans Tiger Mask and Japanese pro wrestling history as well as Sayama’s interest in traditional martial arts and Shinto shrines. Exhibits include photographs, newspaper articles, artwork and memorabilia.

Admission will be limited due to social distancing measures and you may be given a numbered ticket to prevent overcrowding.
