Mother’s Day Lunch at Grand Hyatt Tokyo
During the month of May, diners can show appreciation for mom by treating them to a special lunch course at Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s Keyakizaka teppanyaki restaurant. Chef de cuisine Yoshinobu Honda will prepare a premium tasting course featuring ingredients such as caviar, foie gras, abalone, Ise-ebi lobster and two types of wagyu beef.
To add a sweet touch to the special occasion, the award-winning pastry chefs at Fiorentina Pastry Boutique will craft a lineup of gorgeous cakes including a dome-shaped flower cake decorated with pink buttercream, a classic butter cake topped with vibrant rose-shaped candy sculptures and a colorful gift box filled with a variety of sweets including four different kinds of seasonal pound cakes.
