Momiji Festival at Keio Mogusaen Gardens

Parks & Nature, Traditional Events

Experience traditional autumn leaf viewing in the beautiful gardens of Keio Mogusaen. The annual Momiji Festival runs for almost a month as the leaves change from yellow to bright red. Visitors to the traditional Japanese gardens can enjoy an array of special events during the period including evening illuminations (limited days), musical performances (Nov 16, 17 and 30) and tea ceremonies (November 24, requires ¥1,000 participation fee). More concert and event dates will be added when the leaves begin to change color so check the Keio Mogusaen website for the latest updates.
