Mindfulness Zen Program at Tokyo Station
Feeling stressed out? Having monks teach you how to be zen and use mindfulness to control your emotions is sure to be an unforgettable experience. This program will also include an eyeglass-shaped wearable device called “Jins Meme” that uses sensors to detect changes in your mind and body, and provide insight into what’s going on inside you.
