A Millefeuille Chocolat For Two at the TRUNK (HOTEL)
Trunk (Hotel) has outdone itself again with the Trunk (Kitchen)’s Valentine’s Day special dessert, the Millefuille Chocolate. It is made of carefully-layered pie pastry, and topped with dark bitter chocolate ganache and a sweet white chocolate mousse that spreads throughout your mouth. It is then glazed with a refreshingly sweet and sour strawberry sauce.
The Trunk (Store) has also collaborated with Minimal-Bean to Bar Chocolate in the creation of the Premium Chocolate Softserve. This limited soft serve is made out of Trunk Chocolate Savory-Herbal chocolate, which is also created together with Minimal-Bean to Bar. It features the herbal aroma and gentle sweetness of Wasanbon (fine-grained Japanese sugar), with the special minimal-esque crunchy texture of cacao nibs.
