Kazuki Takamatsu Solo Exhibition
Word on the street is that Kazuki Takamatsu is on his way to becoming an even bigger name than Takashi Murakami in the art world. His haunting black and white paintings combine themes of avatars and adolescence. They are created by combining traditional and modern techniques, including gouache and a technique called depth mapping, which is a process that entails adding shadows to 3D computer graphics. This is Takamatsu’s fourth solo exhibition at Gallery Tomura.
