Capoeira basics, workouts and physical fitness, online via Zoom. Taught in both English and Japanese these regular Zoom classes are designed to burn fat, tone and sculpt your entire body through the martial art of capoeira – incorporating dance, aerobic elements and music. Each session includes a warm up, core training, kicks and sequence moves. Beginners and all levels are welcome, so make some space, grab your water and towel, log in and get moving. Pre registration is required to attend. Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays are 30 minute sessions, Thursdays are 60 minute sessions.
