Following their latest album: FAKE LAND, released February 17th, FAKE TYPE will be hitting the major cities of Aichi, Osaka and of course, Tokyo. This album was made after 3 years of silence and this live tour is their first physical appearances in four and a half years. So, it is much anticipated amongst fans. It has just been announced that a special live performance celebrating the release of this new album will be held at Sanrio Puroland in Tokyo. They will have two live performances at Sanrio Puroland.
The album embodies a fresh new spirit, inspired by the energy felt at a theme park. This will be carried over to their live shows where the artists will create a unique theme park experience.
FAKE TYPE is a duo consisting of DYES IWASAKI, the beatmaker, and TOPHAMHAT-KYO, the rapper. They call themselves “NISEMONO (meaning fake) Unit”.
