Clint Eastwood on 35mm
This special screening program presents many of Clint Eastwood’s finest moments in their original 35mm film glory. As the celebrated actor and director turned 90 earlier this year, the National Film Archive of Japan has put together a special program presenting 13 of Clint Eastwood’s most renowned works including Dirty Harry (1971), Unforgiven (1992), The Bridges of Madison County (1995), Mystic River (2003) and Letters from Iwojima (2006). Advance ticket reservation is required for all screenings and visitors must adhere to the NFAJ’s visitor guidelines and infection prevention measures.
All films will be in English with Japanese subtitles except Letters from Iwojima (Japanese with English subtitles) and Flags of our Fathers (dubbed in Japanese). A full schedule can be found on the website.
