Arashi Exhibition ‘Journey’

Museum, Pop Culture

A large scale national touring exhibition looks back at the 20-year career of the Japan’s favorite boy band. Arashi (meaning ‘storm’ in Japanese) are currently celebrating their 20th anniversary year since making their CD debut in 1999. The record-breaking, five-member ‘Johnnys’ idol group have announced they will be disbanding at the end of 2020 so their millions of supporters are feeling extra nostalgic and trying to make some final memories before next year. The exhibition documents the group’s prolific career creating a meeting place and playground for Arashi and their fans.  Of course you can also expect a plethora of special edition merchandise and collectible souvenirs.
