23rd Wine and Whisky Fall Auction
This year’s 23rd Wine and Whisky Fall Auction hosted by Kaigai Fine Wine Asia, the first wine auction house in Japan, will be one of the auction house’s largest curated sales ever.
The lots in this upcoming auction feature an impressive assortment of over 40 bottles of DRCs with Romanée-Conti vintages back to 1971. There will also be a 2006 Richebourg in magnum and a rare 1988 La Tâche double magnum in excellent condition. The showcase of rare Burgundies continues with pristine bottles of Leroy Grand Cru from significant holdings in Clos Vougeot, Richebourg and Clos de la Roche, as well as vinous treasures from Musigny.
The auction will also include an exquisite rare bottling of 1940 vintage Macallan Red Ribbon with the original wooden box. Bottled in 1981 for Italian company Rinaldi, these bottles are exceptionally rare and hardly ever seen on the open market, making this event a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire an important part of the Macallan history.
Online pre-registration is encouraged to participate in the auction.
