The Baluko Laundry Place Flagship Store Plans To Breathe New Life Into Routine Work

The Baluko Laundry Place in Yoyogi-Uehara is a modern lifestyle complex aiming to redefine the meaning of laundry. Opening on April 6, the new location is the result of a three-way cooperation between Okulab, Tank, and Fungo.

The Baluko’s stylish interior is the work of the design and construction company Tank while Fungo is responsible for the complex’s Crossroad Bakery & Cafe which will supply people with fresh coffee and baked goods. The various laundry services will be handled by Okulab. Altogether, the three companies hope to create a community meeting place where people will not just go to clean their clothes but also to discover a whole new way of life.
