To meet a rise in demand for experience-based tours among visitors to Japan, especially this cherry blossom season, Vasara has opened its fourth store in the Asakusa area.

At Vasara, experienced staff are on hand to help guests choose kimono and hair accessories and get them dressed. Taking photos in kimono leads to great memories and great souvenirs. And don’t worry about getting the kimono dirty while you walk around Asakusa—there is an insurance service for just 300 yen. There are also special promotions available on rainy days.

Reservations can be made online or by telephone. Staff members offer service in English and Chinese in addition to Japanese. You can even pop in without a reservation.
