Unplan Shinjuku, One of Tokyo’s Largest Hostels, Opens March 28

Following Unplan Kagurazaka follows Unplan Shinjuku, the second branch of the same hostel. With a capacity of 195 people and 17 rooms, it’s one of the largest hostels in Tokyo.

Unplan Shinjuku features a basement lounge with bar counter for guests and other visitors, nine private rooms for couples and families, a rooftop balcony with wood deck, and a common area with kitchen guests can use freely.

The hostel was developed under the concept “urban play,” and is colored with a stylish design inspired by Shinjuku’s neon streets. Guests are sure to experience new discoveries in Shinjuku, a cultural crossroads, and Unplan offers a friendly, stylish and clean space for those discoveries.

Rooms available include dormitories for both men and women, women-only dormitories, private rooms with bunk beds, private rooms with double beds, private rooms with showers, bathrooms and more.
