The Tokyo Marriott Hotel is located near Gotenyama, famous as a seasonal cherry blossom viewing spot. That’s why the hotel is serving up a special sakura-themed lunch from March 1 to April 26.
The lunch, entitled Gotenyama Sakura Moment, includes vividly-colored sushi accompanied by caviar, sakura-masu salmon poêlé and sakura-ebi shrimp. It’s paired with sake featuring with sakura gelatin.
The meal is served on a terrace offering a beautiful view of the cherry blossoms.
