Housed in a former junior high school, 3331 Arts Chiyoda is an “alternative art space for the 21st century” designed to bring together local and foreign communities and art movements. 3331 fosters and hosts a variety of conceptual, contemporary, and interactive art projects and workshops in the building’s many classrooms. Seeking to ensure art’s accessibility, most the exhibits are free. The site also includes a cafe.
