Why choose between streaming and store rentals? With Tsutaya’s new plan, Tsutaya Premium, you can do both for just ¥1,000 a month.
The new plan from the long-established video rental chain combines unlimited streaming on original video service Tsutaya TV, plus unlimited DVD and Blu-ray rentals at retail locations nationwide. What’s more, those home video rentals have no overdue fees.
Tsutaya TV currently offers 100,000 streaming titles, and will soon offer original, Tsutaya-produced content.
Tsutaya Premium is currently offered at 800 stores nationwide, and is scheduled to expand to all stores. Newly-released videos excluded from overdue fee offer.
