The heart of the AO Spa experience is personalized care from professional therapists, locally sourced ingredients, and locally inspired treatments. Before the spa package begins, clients consult directly with their therapists, using the customized approach known as JIYUJIZAI – a Japanese term meaning “your creation.” Treatment products are then blended individually at the Blend Bar. After your treatment, you can soak away your cares in one of the facility’s many onsen baths or swimming pools, or savor one of AO Spa’s original beverages.
