The Bacardi Mojito

The mojito is an absolute summer staple as far as cocktails are concerned and they’re incredibly simple to make. We recommend using Bacardi rum.
Ingredients:
4 slices of fresh lime
Handful of fresh mint
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
2 shots of Bacardi
Soda water
Method: Grab a tall glass, add the mint, sugar and lime. Muddle the contents for one minute and then add a hand full of ice and a large measure of Bacardi. Transfer the contents to a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake. Pour back into the glass, top up with soda water—Voila!

Summer cocktails, The CosmopolitanThe Cosmopolitan
SATC favorite and an absolute classic summer cocktail, fruity, refreshing and classy. A perfect way to start off cocktail hour.
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 of Absolut Citron Vodka
1/2 shot of Triple Sec
2 shots of Cranberry Juice
A squeeze of fresh lime
Method: Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for one minute and then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sliver of orange peel.

Summer cocktails, Sex on the BeachSex on the Beach

Another summer favorite, with the added bonus of being incredibly easy to prepare. PerSummer cocktails, Sex on the Beachfect for house parties, a quiet picnic and, of course, the beach!
Ingredients:
2 shots of Absolut Vodka
1 shots of orange juice
1 shots of grapefruit juice
A squeeze of fresh lime
Method: Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for one minute and then pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Summer cocktails, Frozen Fruit DaiquiriFrozen Fruit Daiquiri
Summer in Tokyo can be pretty intense and a frozen daiquiri can be the perfect way to beat the heat. A super easy cocktail; just rum, your favorite fruit and ice.
Ingredients:
2 shots of rum
4 fresh strawberries
1 shot of any fruit juice
6 – 8 cubes of ice
Method: Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse the mixture in 15 second intervals for a couple of minutes. Pour into a martini glass with a sugar or salt frosted rim.

Summer cocktails, Nespresso Coffee MojitoNespresso Coffee Mojito
For all you coffee lovers, a tasty non-alcoholic summer cocktail with a coffee flavored twist.
Ingredients:
2 Nespresso Finezzo Lungo capsules
1 fresh lime, 4 mint leaves
A tablespoon of honey
4 grams of cane sugar (1 sachet)
Soda water
Method: Put the lime, mint, honey & sugar in a tall glass and muddle. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and soda water. Prepare the Nespresso capsules (40cc x 2) and pour into a shaker with 4 cubes of ice. Shake well and then pour the coffee into the glass slowly.

Summer cocktails, The Melon BallThe Melon Ball
A deliciously fruity vodka cocktail with a melon twist. A perfect cocktail for lazy summer evenings in a bar or at home.
Ingredients:
2 shots of Grey Goose Vodka
1 shot of Midori Melon Liqueur
2 shots of Pineapple Juice
Method: Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 1min and then strain into a martini glass with a sugar frosted rim. Garnish with a sliver or a ball of melon.

Our bartender’s signature cocktail. Refreshing and delicious, but be careful: it certainly packs a punch. The perfect way to start your weekend.
Ingredients:
1 shot of Grey Goose Vodka
1/2 shot of Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 shot of lemon sours mix
A dash of elderflower cordial
Veuve Cliquot champagne
Method: Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 1min and then pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with the Veuve.
