Staying on at my ashram, the focus of my days has shifted from intensive sadhana to assisting with a yoga teachers training course.
It is beautiful to witness the enthusiasm of the students, as well as their quest for knowledge about yoga philosophy, Indian traditions and self. Despite being regarded as a ‘teacher,’ I am acutely aware that we are all students of life. In fact, I am humbled knowing that the more I learn, the more I realize how little I (we) know about the intricacies of life.
The days are dry and warm here in southern India—just perfect (even with 4am rise!)
