Japan to spend 10 billion yen on 'cybersecurity'

The Nikkei reports that Japan’s Ministry of Defense plans to assemble a cyberdefense unit to strengthen its capabilities against organized attacks, including gathering information on cyberattacks, analyzing attacker’s methods, and simulating defenses.
