This Valentine’s season, Pastry chef Masaki Okazaki features single-origin cacao in two kinds of treats. Chocolate macarons, made with fruity and highly fragrant beans from Vietnam, are wafer-thin on the outside and meltingly soft on the inside. Chocolate cigars, made with cacao from Trinidad and Tobago, are filled with brandy liqueur and presented in a wooden box — the perfect gift for stylish men. For sports lovers, Chocolate Golf Ball Set (white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate) are filled with creamy and soft chocolate truffles.
Check them out at Andaz Hotel’s pastry shop.
