In this exhibition, which features over 200 art objects, drawings, sculptures and paintings, The National Museum of Modern Art Tokyo is looking to shed light on the work of late 20th century artist Takamatsu Jiro. Throughout his life Takamatsu experimented with styles and materials to create a diverse set of works whose meaning is not easily identifiable. Uncover the artist’s mysteries and find the common threads running throughout an internationally acclaimed career.
