In collaboration with the Embassies of France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and the U.K., Waseda University will be holding a symposium in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. The main theme of the symposium will be how the countries of Europe overcame the wrenching events of WWII, reforged their relationships, and established the European Union. Representatives of five different European nations will share and offer analysis from the point of their respective countries.
The event will be broken into three sessions, and attendees are free to attend the entire symposium or any of the three sessions. It will be held at Waseda University’s Ono Azusa Hall.
