This two-part exhibition is not only free, but also involves a collaboration between two famous artists. Eriko Horiki is a washi artist, and she creates her designs using an original technique of stacking several layers of the traditional Japanese paper. Takashi Kokubo is an environmental musician who produced music and images for the installation, which includes a 10-meter wide washi artifact. The first part, which lasts until July 18, is entitled “air”, while the second part focuses on “sea”.
