The Andaz Tokyo Hotel in Toranomon Hills will be pulling out all the stops for their New Year’s Eve celebration with two different dinners, each featuring festive decorations and joyful live music to help ring in 2015. The first meal on offer will be a Gala Dinner from 5:30 to 8:00, available with four or five courses, while the Gala Countdown Dinner, held from 8:30 pm until midnight, is a five-course affair accompanied by a free flow of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and wine pairings for each dish. Some of the highlights of the menu, carefully crafted by Executive Chef Gerhard Passrugger, are a Snow Crab and Apple Effiloche, Champagne Soup, Perigord Truffle, Duck Confit Ravioli, and Japanese Beef Sirloin Steak with a Parmesan and Saffron crust.
