The science of motion design has led to many practical applications in the modern world. A combination of developments in science and technology with innovations from designers and manufacturers has led to the production of vehicle control systems, map applications, communications technologies, SNS and dynamic video and graphic images for various uses. Sparking visitors’ understanding on movement and structures, this exhibition collects works created on the theme of “science in motion,” made in collaboration between companies and promising young artists. World-renowned media artists Zimoun and Nils Völker are featured along with the latest work in Ryota Kuwakubo’s large-scale “LOST” series and Masahiko Sato and Takashi Kiriyama’s hands-on work, “Euclid.”
