When: 31/12/15 - 01/01/16: 10:00 am - 5:00 am
Where: Tokyo Joypolis at DECKS, 1-6-1 Daiba
With the majority of Japan’s countdown and “hatsumode” events being outside at midnight, many people may feel deterred from being wary of the cold: enter, Joypolis. As Japan’s largest indoor amusement park, guests will be able to celebrate the new year and stay warm. Watch the final sunset over Odaiba bay, view the fountain on the water, have dinner at DECKS, then head down to Joypolis for all-night festivities.
Per usual, Joypolis is expected to have a number of special guests, singers, comedy acts, and hosts to encourage the fun all night long. Plenty of lights, music, and pyrotechnics will be going off constantly, so be ready for a loud and high-energy evening. Prizes and lotteries will be at hand for those ready to try the luck of the monkey, and rides will be going on as usual. Joypolis will be a great place for families, teenagers, and those looking to have fun late into the night on new year’s eve.
